Attending class first time at our location?
Please make a reservation before attending your first class to fill out our registration form and to meet with your instructor for a basic guidance, so you're comfortable while here, ready & safe to get the most out of your class experience.
Appointments for orientation of first-timers is scheduled to start 30 min. before class.
Regular members are encouraged to come 10 min. prior to class to get set up and warm up.
Please be on time.
Our entrance door locks once the session starts for a safety and to reduce distractions during our sessions.
What to wear?
Please wear loose comfortable clothes: sweat pants, t-shirt & socks.
No need to bring a yoga mat.
Bring your yoga props - yoga strap & block.
Please remember to bring your water with you.
Attending online first time with us?
Please RSVP no less then 24 hrs prior to a class you would like to attend online for the first time with us via email button bellow.
This gives us enough time to follow up with you to get you all set up - have you fill out our sign up form, connect you to our Skype account and provide orientation video to watch before your first class.

Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object or breath, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Our meditation classes on Tuesday incorporate short reading from different leading New York Times Bestselling Authors. Some of the books we read from: The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, Living TAO by Ilchi Lee, The Power of NOW & A New Earth Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle, Letting Go by David R. Hawkins, ....
Tai Chi / Qi Gong
Tai-Chi / Qi-Gong incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. Our classes will also guide you to gently open and improve energy flow in your joints and exercise your brain as you learn new forms :)
Energy flow
Energy Flow classes are very unique approach to connect your mind - body - spirit, through which we use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Ho'oponopono (ancient Hawaiian practice) and free movement of the body to restore harmony within, which leads to natural healing of chakras and meridians as well as our spirit. This class will help you let go of the stress from your week, leaving you lighter, centered and ready to enjoy your weekend!
Private Classes & personal coaching
Private Classes & Personal Coaching provide high quality personal care to help you meet your goals faster or/and to better fit your busy schedule. Instructor/Coach can better address your individual condition & needs when they work with you personally or when you have difficulty following group class. Before you decide which class or a program is a right fit for you, we recommend to schedule INTRO CONSULTATION.

We will bring any form of class we teach at our location to yours or modify class to office/chair yoga! Yoga provides employees with the tools they need, to manage their daily stress, helping to create healthier, happier and more productive environment. We will work with your schedule to set up one time or ongoing sessions lasting 45 - 60 minutes.
