All classes can be attended LIVE either in person or online, with RSVP required 24 hours ahead for in-person attendance and no less than 1 hour for online participation.

Welcome!
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you make a reservation 24 hours prior to the class time through our website. Simply click on 'BOOK A CLASS HERE,' choose the class you'd like to attend, and give us a call to schedule your complimentary 30-minute in-person ORIENTATION.
By making a reservation, you'll have the opportunity to fill out our registration form and meet with your instructor for essential guidance. This way, you'll feel comfortable, prepared, and safe to make the most of your class experience.
Orientation appointments for first-timers are scheduled to start 30 minutes before the class.
For our regular members, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up and warm up.
Please be punctual,
as our entrance door locks once the session starts for safety and to reduce distractions during the class.
What to wear?
We recommend loose, comfortable clothing like sweatpants, a t-shirt, and grippy socks (or non-slip socks) for added traction and safety.
No need to bring a yoga mat; we have a special padded flooring installed for your convenience, which is cleaned after each session.
However, please bring your yoga props, such as a yoga strap and block, and don't forget to bring your water with you
Attending online for the first time with us?
To attend our online classes, please RSVP through our website.
Online registrations close one hour prior to the class time. After booking a class through our Momoyoga software linked to 'BOOK A CLASS HERE' button on our website, you'll receive a 'basic visitor information & health form' to fill out before your first class. We highly recommend booking in advance, which allows us to assist you with any questions or technical difficulties you might have. You'll receive an automated Zoom link 30 minutes before your booked class at the email address you provide.

Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to de-stress, strengthen, and relax your mind and body and to wake up your spirit. Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, breath, thought, or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Some of our meditation classes on Tuesdays incorporate short readings from different New York Times Bestselling Authors. Some of the books we read from include 'The Untethered Soul' by Michael A. Singer, 'Living TAO' by Ilchi Lee, 'The Power of NOW' and 'A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose' by Eckhart Tolle, and 'Letting Go' by David R. Hawkins, among others.
Tai Chi / Qi Gong
Tai-Chi / Qi-Gong incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. Our classes will also guide you to gently open and improve energy flow in your joints and exercise your brain as you learn new forms :)
Energy flow
Energy Flow classes offer a unique approach to connect your mind, body, and spirit. In these classes, we utilize body tapping along meridians (energy pathways of the body), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Ho'oponopono (an ancient Hawaiian practice), and free movement of the body to restore harmony within. This leads to the natural healing of chakras and meridians, as well as our spirit.
This class will help you let go of the stress from your week, leaving you feeling lighter, centered, and ready to enjoy your weekend!

Private Classes & personal coaching
Our Private Classes & Personal Coaching offer high-quality personal care to help you achieve your goals more efficiently and accommodate your busy schedule. An instructor or coach can better address your individual condition and needs when working with you one-on-one, especially if you have difficulty following a group class. Before deciding which class or program is the right fit for you, we recommend scheduling an INTRO CONSULTATION.

We can bring any of the classes we offer at our location to your workplace, or even modify them for office/chair yoga sessions! Yoga equips employees with valuable tools to manage daily stress, fostering a healthier, happier, and more productive environment. We're flexible and can work with your schedule, offering one-time or ongoing sessions lasting 45 to 60 minutes.
Additionally, your employees will receive access to our center's schedule with a 10% discount on our group class memberships.
